I have questions about my account and charges

Click the “Login” (top right hand corner)  and sign in (with your E-Mail and password) to review your orders. You may print invoices from your order history. Should you require any further information/assistance please contact our Customer Service Support Team.

What currency is your website?

The currency for our website in GBP

When will my credit card be charged?

A credit card authorization is first taken to validate that the credit card is not fraudulent and that their sufficient funds to place the order. After the authorization has taken place, it will take a few days to capture the payment to be deducted from your credit card (usually by the time that the order has shipped).

What if I was double charged?

Please allow 24-48 hours for one of the pending payments to drop. If both payments appear on your bank's statement after that please contact customer service.

Do you accept International Credit Cards?

Yes we do. If you are having trouble processing payment please contact our customer service team.

Do I have to pay import taxes?

Customers are responsible for paying any Customs fees and Duties charged by your Country.

Order Questions

How do I check my order status?

You can view order status by logging into your account. Navigate to "My Account" and select "Order History" to view the details for any pending and past orders. For orders that have shipped but yet to arrive, you can track your order by using the tracking number emailed by GBWear Europe.

How do I return my product?

Please refer the "Returns and Exchanges" page to view our return policy.

When will my order ship?

Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 GMT. Your order will be processed, and shipped within 1-2 business days. This does not include actual transit time to your delivery address. On placement of large orders processing time may take additional working days to process. Please check our SHIPPING POLICY page for more details. If you have not seen a tracking number come through to your email within the time frame detailed on those pages, please contact our customer service team.

Can I change the items or add items on the order I have placed?

Unfortunately once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order that has already been placed.

My Account

How do I create an account?

Select "Login" in the upper right. Below the "Sign In"button select the "Create One"link to create an account.

How do I edit my account information?

You can edit your account information by logging into your account. Navigate to "My Account" and select "My Addresses" to create or make changes to an address or select "My Home School" to add or request a change to the Gracie Barra academy where you are registered.

I forgot my password?

Select "Login" in the upper right. Below the "Sign In"button select the "Forgot your password?" link to view the "Reset Password" page. On the "Reset Password" page, enter and submit the email that was used to create your account and a link will be sent to that email to reset the password for your account.
